Dr. Halah Ibrahim is an internist and educator involved in postgraduate and undergraduate medical education in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2008, she was a clinician educator in lower Manhattan. She completed her internship and residency at The New York Hospital- Cornell Medical Center (currently New York Presbyterian University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell). She is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Ibrahim is involved in medical education research, with a focus on competency-based training and international medical education reform. Her current work focuses on palliative care and end-of-life education and communication.
