Dr. Eswara Vara Prasadarao Komarala received M. Sc. degree in Physics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India, in 2009, and a PhD degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the IIT Bombay, Mumbai, India in 2016.
In 2016, he joined the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, at Tel Aviv University, Israel as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2016-2020. Further, he joined the Department of Physics, Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), South Korea as a Post-Doctoral Researcher from 2020-2021 and later has been with Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, UAE from 2022 onwards working as a Postdoctoral Fellow. His current research interests include the development of supported catalysts for Heterogeneous thermal catalysis. The applications include dry reforming of methane, CO2 valorization, NH3 synthesis, and cracking. Dr. Eswar received a University matching scholarship for pursuing a post-doctoral fellowship at Tel Aviv University and was awarded an Institute Post-Doctoral fellowship at SKKU University. His research publications include 25+ peer-reviewed journal papers, 4 US and International patents, and several conference presentations.
