Dr. Nazar Ali received his BSc degree from the University of Mosul, Iraq, and his PhD degree from the University of Bradford, UK, both in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, in 1984 and 1990, respectively. From 1990 to 2000, he held various posts at the University of Bradford including Post-doctorate researcher and lecturer. He is currently an Associate Professor at Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has over 100 peer-reviewed international journal and conference publications. Supervised a number of MSc and PhD work. His current research interests include antennas, high efficiency power amplifiers and RF circuits and systems, indoor localization techniques and application of Artificial Intelligence in the related fields of expertise. He is a senior member of the IEEE and chartered engineer.
