Brahim Mefgouda is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Computer & Communication Engineering at Khalifa University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the National School of Computer Science (ENSI), Manouba University, Tunisia, in 2023, and an M.Sc. in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) from Biskra University, Algeria, in 2017. Additionally, he has served as a research visitor at the James Watt School of Engineering, University of Glasgow, UK. He is an active peer reviewer for multiple journals and conferences, including IEEE Letters and Communications, OJ-COMS, WCNC, VTC, ICC, etc. His research interests include machine learning and wireless communications.
