Dr. Anup Teejo Mathew is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Khalifa University. He received his PhD in Mechanical engineering at the National University of Singapore in 2019. During his PhD, he developed a soft active generator that can autonomously harvest electrical energy from a low-frequency motion. He has published several papers on topics ranging such as soft robotics modelling, electroactive polymers, and energy harvesting. His current research interests include theoretical modeling of soft robotics and design and development of underwater soft robotics.
