Faaeza Al katheeri

Faaeza Al Katheeri has over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. She began her career at ADNOC HQ, gaining extensive expertise in both conventional and unconventional resource evaluation across various ADNOC companies. She has managed onshore gas projects in undeveloped fields, served as ASR Gas Development Manager, and currently manages Reservoir Management in the Lower Zakum Field at ADNOC Offshore.

Faaeza holds a geoscience degree and a master's in petroleum geoscience and engineering from UAEU (2008), an MBA from the University of Strathclyde (2018), and a diploma in innovation leadership from UC Berkeley (2019). She has contributed as a board member and chairperson of SPE Abu Dhabi (2017-18), participated in ADNOC's gender balance committee (2016-18), and actively mentors young female engineers.
