Ikram is a Strategy Manager at Bühler Group. She leads the company’s strategy and drives high-impact public–private partnerships across the Middle East and Africa, shaping sustainable, inclusive, and resilient food systems.
With international work experience across France, Switzerland, and the UAE, Ikram brings a uniquely global and cross-sector perspective. Her professional journey spans the luxury goods, mobility, management consulting, and F&B industries—enabling her to build sharp economic strategies, navigate complexity, and connect diverse ecosystems for sustainable growth.
Ikram is a seasoned communicator and strategist, fluent in Arabic, French and English. She is known for her ability to synthesize analysis into action, develop data-informed strategies, and engage effectively across government, academia, and the private sector. Her mission is clear: to unlock economic opportunity through a thriving food sector that delivers value for all—especially in food-insecure regions.
A strong advocate for the universal right to nutritious food, Ikram actively contributes to regional and global forums focused on food innovation, nutrition, and food justice. Her work is rooted in building bridges—between industries, institutions, and ideas—to power long-term prosperity and health for people and planet.
Ikram holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from INSA Lyon in France and in Management, Technology, and Economics from ETH Zurich in Switzerland—an academic path that underpins her integrated, systems-level approach to strategy and innovation.
