Biography

My expertise lies in nanostructured membranes, with a particular emphasis on 2D materials, and their utilization in a wide range of fluidic applications. These include ion exchange, adsorption, ion sieving, zero liquid discharge, and the capture of salinity gradient energy, such as direct metal extraction from brines.
