Dr. Heba Abunahla received her Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Khalifa University of Science and Technology, Abu Dhabi, in 2017. Currently, she is a postdoctoral research fellow at the System-on-Chip center, Khalifa University. During her graduate studies, Dr. Abunahlahas published several research papers in prestigious journals and conferences. She published an authored book and filed three patents. Her research interest focuses on the area of RRAM devices; synthesis, modeling, and characterization for security, sensing, and computing applications. Dr. Abunahla has great device fabrication at Khalifa University cleanroom. She has also received several awards during her education journey.
