Consultant Radiologist at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC/Mayo clinic) Hospital, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Professor of Radiology at NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde - Queen Elizabeth University Hospitals, Glasgow, UK. Academic and clinical supervisor for the Royal College of Radiologists in the UK. Adjunct Professor at the Colleges of Medicine and Health Sciences; Khalifa University & Gulf Medical University; UAE.

Subspecialist interests are Head & Neck, Neuroradiology and image-guided interventions. More than 25 years experience of working as a consultant in Clinical Radiology with 17 years in the NHS of the UK. License to practice in several countries including the UK , Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Saskatchewan (Canada), Queensland (Australia) and Abu Dhabi (UAE).

Beside clinical commitments,  there is wide experience in research, teaching and academic affairs. Peer reviewer of several scientific journals including “Clinical Radiology”, “Egyptian Journal of Radiology & Nuclear Medicine” and “Journal of Radiology Case Reports”. Many publications as well as presentations in several National and International meetings.
