Ahmad Rahhal is a Ph.D. candidate in Mechanical Engineering at Khalifa University of Science and Technology, United Arab Emirates. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from United Arab Emirates University with distinction and a B.Sc. degree from Jordan University of Science and Technology. His academic background is centered on thermal sciences and energy systems.
His research interests include heat transfer, fluid flow, microchannel cooling systems, and electrochemical–thermal modeling, with a current focus on solid-state battery thermal management using Multiphysics simulation approaches. His doctoral research addresses electrochemical–thermal coupling phenomena in advanced battery systems.
Ahmad serves as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Khalifa University, contributing to laboratory instruction and research activities. He also has prior experience as a mathematics and innovation (CCDI) instructor in the UAE.
