Electrochemistry Laboratory
The innovative laboratory for Electrochemical Engineering is a unique shared facility that aims at developing advanced alternative energy and sustainable technologies. Electrochem will expand the usability of available resources in Abu Dhabi via Electrochemical Engineering to develop electrochemical energy conversion and storage devices. Another focus of Electrochem is to explore co-generation of power and water via electrochemical methods, and to study corrosion and propose solutions tailored to Abu Dhabi’s high humidity environment.
