Biography

He is currently serving as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Environmental And Geophysical Sciences (ENGEOS) Lab, Khalifa University, UAE (https://www.ku.ac.ae/engeos). With over ten years of research experience in air quality modelling, atmospheric science, and satellite remote sensing, his work primarily focuses on modelling the impacts of atmospheric pollutants across multiple scales, including local, urban, regional, and global contexts. Additionally, he has conducted tagged and sensitivity simulations using numerical models to quantify the contributions of various pollutant sources, such as anthropogenic emissions and biomass burning, to the distribution of air pollutants in the Indian region. He is currently involved in several projects, particularly focusing on the development of an air quality modelling system for the United Arab Emirates.

He is proficient with several modelling tools and data analysis software, including WRF-Chem, MOZART-4, HYSPLIT, NCO, CDO, NCL, MATLAB, ArcGIS, and QGIS, which facilitate his management of extensive datasets.
