Safaa received her B.Sc in Chemistry in 2007 from UAE University, had training from The Dubai Headquarters in the Forensic laboratory, and worked in UAE university as a Research Assistant from 2009-2012. She obtained her MSc in Material Science Engineering from UAE University in 2012.
Safaa Joined Khalifa University in 2012 as a physics lecturer in the preparatory department, then joined the AMS department as a lecturer of Chemistry and Lab Instructor.
