Dr. Pravin Kannan

Dr. Pravin Kannan, currently works as a Postdoctoral fellow in the department of Chemical Engineering at Khalifa University. His main research interest includes the development of porous material/catalyst for application to different separation processes, process modeling and simulation, energy conversion, and waste recycling. Dr. Pravin Kannan received his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Annamalai University, India (1999) and his PhD from the department of Chemical Engineering at Tennessee Technological University, U.S.A. (2009). He has published numerous articles in renowned refereed journals and conference proceedings and is the author of a few book chapters.
