Biography

Dr. Nahla Alamoodi is an Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering at Khalifa University. She received her PhD degree from the University of Minnesota, USA, in 2016. Her research interests are in conventional and paper-based microfluidics with focus on surface functionalization, separation of multiphase systems, and sensing applications. She is currently a member of the research and innovation on Carbon and Hydrogen Center (RICH), Center of Catalysis and Separation (CeCaS), and System on Chip Lab (SoCL).
