Ibtisam has 19 years of multidisciplinary experience in UAE in high schools, companies and universities mainly in the field of chemistry as well as medical sector.
Among these, Ibtisam has been working at Khalifa University for the last ten years as a laboratory technician, specialist and social coordinator (freshmen year students).
Ibtisam created the best way of lab teaching , leading outside and inside country trips and understood students social as a part of their learn needs as a social coordinator to encourage them to accept challenges in their fields.
