Biography

Chuangchuang Qi is a PhD Candidate in Petroleum Engineering at Khalifa University of Science and Technology, where he also serves as a Teaching Assistant. He holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering from China University of Petroleum (East China). During his master's program, he contributed to a significant industrial project on maximizing oil recovery in challenging sandstone reservoirs. He is a published author with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the American Chemical Society (ACS), having co-authored over 8 academic papers and co-invented a patent. His research is focused on Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR), polymer flooding, reservoir simulation, and modeling.
