Brief Summary of the Book:

“This Book explores how great leaders form and create a trust and cooperation environment by prioritizing the well-being of their team members. Mr. Sinek also discusses about biological and psychological principles to explain why certain teams thrive while others fail. “Circle of Safe”, “Dopamine in Leadership”, and “Servant Leadership” are examples of concepts that he uses.”

Yassine’s Biography:

PhD student in Biomedical Sciences program. Active member at Laval University in Quebec. Science scholar membership at Abu Dhabi Environmental Research Network EAD. Engaged as biotechnology researcher at the International Center for Biosaline Agriculture (ICBA) Dubai. M.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology in oncology and Bachelor in Cellular Molecular Biology whole-genome sequencing (WGS) at UAE University. Membership of Student Leadership Program (SLP) UAEU.
