The IEEE International Conference on Machine Learning in Communications and Networking (ICMLCN 2026) will be held in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The conference brings together leading researchers, practitioners, and innovators from Machine Learning (ML), Communications and Networking, and Signal Processing. The goal of ICMLCN is to foster fundamental and applied research at the intersection of ML and communications. This includes both, ML for Communications, i.e., advancing design, optimization, and analysis of communication systems and networks, and  Communications for ML, i.e., developing networking and protocol solutions to support distributed learning, edge intelligence, and large-scale AI services.
