The Masdar Institute of Science and Technology (MI) was ranked 14th in the top 20 universities in the 2016 Best Arab Region Universities Rankings of the US News and World Report, and top in the UAE in the “field-weighted citation impact” category, and third in the “field-weighted citation impact” category.
