Scholarship eligibility is assessed as part of the admission process and applicants are not required to submit a separate scholarship application.
The number of available scholarship slots is limited.
All applicants are evaluated and mapped to a specific scholarship Tier on the basis of academic merit and other relevant factors, in line with Khalifa University’s strategic priorities. Meeting the minimum eligibility criteria does not guarantee a scholarship award.
Scholarship benefits for Master’s students may include the following, depending on the Tier:
Teaching and service duties are not mandatory. Students will have the opportunity to earn financial compensation for services provided to Khalifa University.
Master’s students will be required to complete a minimum number of credit hours, consisting of thesis and taught courses, as per the relevant degree structure.
The normal time to completion for a full-time student is one academic year.
