I am having trouble uploading my documents online. What should I do?

Please ensure that the files you are uploading meet the following requirements:

Documents must be in PDF format with a maximum file size of 4MB
Photographs must be in JPEG format with a maximum file size of 2MB

If your files are in the correct format and you are still unable to upload them, please contact the IT Helpdesk by calling 02-3125000 for assistance.
