What is the internship process?

- First, you need to check with the Career Services Office if you are eligible for the internship
- Upload your documents on the KU Symplicity Platform
- Find a placement through the Career Services Office or look for available internships on your own
- Pass the screening interview organized by KU and the second interview with the organization if required
- Notify the Career Services Office about any secured placement
- Obtain the Internship Organization Plan from the company you are interning at
- Share the plan with your Academic Coordinators for their feedback and approval
- The Career Services Office will share the student’s name with the Registration Office to be enrolled in the internship course
- Start your internship on the set date and submit all the required forms to your Academic Coordinator
