Overview

This course covers standards, regulations, and best practices for the management of waste. This includes identification, transportation, monitoring, storage, treatment, and disposal practices. Also included are waste management hierarchy strategies of reduce, reuse, recycle, and recover together with environmental cleanup practices. Relevant ADNOC Codes of Practice (COP) will be reviewed, with especial emphasis on the Code of Practice on Waste Management (V2-05).
