Detailed Description | Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in Applied and Computational Mathematics, with the aim of developing accurate and efficient numerical algorithms to solve nonlinear PDEs resulting from fluid mechanics and continuum models in biomedicine. The aim of the project is to develop a high-fidelity mathematical modeling framework accounting for the impact of realistic complex blood flow rheology and the regulatory mechanisms underlying the development of intra-aneurysmal thrombus.
