  • Proteins are the most important biological macromolecules and involved in almost all aspects of life. Therefore, the study of the structure of proteins is of great practical and fundamental importance.
  • The traditional method for determining the spatial structure of a protein is X-ray structural analysis of protein crystals. The main difficulty in applying this method is in obtaining a perfect protein-crystal.
  • Protein crystallization has its own set of challenges because it depends on a number of factors.
  • Embodiments of the present technologies describe an ultra-high conditiom prescreening protein crystallization kit, comprising: (a) Gold Nanoparticles coated with PEG; (b) Ultra-high conditions scaled up to screen.
