Dr. Yousuf Al Salami
Dr. Yousuf worked at the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of UAE in the Frequency Spectrum Policies section in 2007. He also worked at Emirates Advanced Investments Group on many projects about information security since 2008. Jointly in 2017, he moved to EBTIC as a Chief Researcher and Khalifa University as an Assistant Professor.
Dr. Yousuf Alsalami obtained a BSc degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California, USA in Fall 2006, an MSc degree in Security, Coding and Mathematics from Grenoble Institute of Technology, France in Spring 2009, a PhD degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Khalifa University of Science and Technology, UAE in Fall 2016.
His research interests are focused on information security, cryptography, digital signal processing, optimization problems and analysis of algorithms. He is also passionate about getting hands-on experience on the recent advances about these topics.
