Dr. Michael Babula earned his PhD in psychology and politics (dual degree) at the Goldsmiths, University of London and an MBA in Finance at Seton Hall University. Currently, he is serving as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Khalifa University and primarily teaching Introduction to Psychology and Behavioral Health and Sciences.
Dr. Babula's publications have appeared in Journal of Applied Social Psychology, PS: Political Science and Politics, the Journal for Quality and Participation, and the International Journal of Ethics and Systems. He has extensive administrative experience and served as Director of Education at South University and Vice President of Academic Affairs at American InterContinental University.
He has taught Applied Social Psychology at Marymount University, USA, Macroeconomics and Microeconomics at Loyola University, USA, and Quantitative Research Methods to postgraduate students at the University of London, UK and undergraduate students at the University of Greenwich. In 2013, he authored the book titled Motivation, Altruism, Personality, and Social Psychology, published by Palgrave Macmillan. He is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
