Khalifa University collaborates closely with government partners to co-develop smart city frameworks, advanced modelling tools and resilience indicators. Khalifa University has a faculty member who was the first UAE national scholar to specialize in the design of sustainable cities. Students engage in projects that address accessibility, safety and environmental quality in local communities. The University’s efforts also support national visions on low carbon, urban growth and climate resilience. By combining engineering, data science and environmental expertise, Khalifa University helps shape sustainable urban infrastructure for coming decades.
