At the Centre for Biotechnology (BTC), we host a monthly Journal Club (JC) that brings together a diverse group of participants, including researchers, postdoctoral fellows, PhD candidates, MSc and BSc students, and interns. This platform provides an opportunity for attendees to present and discuss scientific papers, share insights on their own research projects, or talk about their broader scientific experiences. Occasionally, the Journal Club also features hands-on bioinformatics training sessions, offering participants practical skills in data analysis and computational biology. Our goal is to foster an open and collaborative environment where knowledge exchange and intellectual growth are encouraged across all levels of expertise. The BTC Journal Club is a vibrant space for staying up to date with the latest scientific advancements and nurturing interdisciplinary dialogue.
