Instructions for Authors
The PC invites authors to submit their research work for the RISC 2009 at RISC’09. Submitted papers should not exceed six pages and must follow the paper format specified by the ICITST-2009 guidelines. Please note that the submitted file must be in PDF format. Submissions not meeting these guidelines will be rejected without consideration of their merits. The papers will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers and accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by IEEE and fully indexed by IEEE Xplore.
